At Closet 73 Boutique, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below.

 

**Eligibility for Returns:**

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. For in store purchases items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

- All accessories and sale items are NOT eligible for return

 

**Return Process:**

1. **Initiate a Return:**

   - Contact us at nicolecarson@closet73boutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

   - You will receive instructions on how to return your items.

 

2. **Pack and Ship Your Items:**

   - Securely pack your items in the original packaging, including all tags and documentation.

   - Ship your return to the address provided by us through the intrstrutions sent on how to make a return.

 

3. **Return Shipping Costs:**

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

**Refunds:**

- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved you will receive a store credit we will NOT credit your debit/credit card.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

**Exchanges:**

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, contact us at nicolecarson@closet73boutique.com with details of the issue.

**Returnable Items**

- Only things eligible for return are FULL priced clothing and shoes.
