At Closet 73 Boutique, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our updated return policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • In-store purchases: Full-price apparel and shoes may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for exchange or store credit only.

  • Online purchases: Full-price apparel and shoes may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for exchange or store credit only.

  • All returns must include the original paper receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Only full-priced clothing and shoes are eligible for return.


Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Hats

  • Handbags and clear purses

  • Sale or discounted merchandise

  • Beaded and sequined items

  • Candles and room sprays

  • Headbands and hair clips

  • Holiday-themed apparel (final sale) — size exchanges allowed only if the desired size is still available


Return Process (Online Orders Only)

  1. Initiate a Return

  2. Pack and Ship Your Item

    • Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and documentation.

    • Ship your return to the address provided in your return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • All eligible returns are processed as store credit only — we do not issue refunds to credit or debit cards.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of your store credit approval.


Exchanges

  • In-store purchases: Exchanges are allowed within 14 days for eligible items, provided the desired size or item is available.

  • Online purchases: To request an exchange, email us at nicolecarson@closet73boutique.com with your order number and details.
