  • Any claims for lost or damaged shipments should be filed directly with the carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Full-price apparel and shoes may be returned within 14 days of purchase (in-store) or 30 days of delivery (online).

  • Returns are processed for exchange or store credit only — no refunds to debit or credit cards.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including jewelry, handbags, accessories, discounted merchandise, and holiday-themed apparel.

7. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards may be purchased and redeemed online or in-store.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

  • Closet 73 Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
